京都の白川のほとりにある町屋改修の小住宅。
高い塀で囲まれた空間には、川の流れと緑眩しい柳の借景や坪庭の眺め、
オーナーが蒐集した古家具や調度品が溶け合う、濃密な空気が流れている。

A modest house by the Shirakawa river in Kyoto,
which is a renovated traditional Machiya building.
Within the space surrounded by high walls,
there are scenes of a stream, willow trees in brilliant green, and a small inner garden,
which are blended into antique furniture and artefacts collected
by the owner to create a sophisticated atmosphere.
