坂の上に昂然と佇む賃貸併用住宅。
コンセプトは、都会的な設えに緑の眺めを取り込んだ「アーバンリゾート」。
良質な石・木・ガラスの調和、植栽や光と水の演出は、
住人や客人にラグジュアリーな安らぎをもたらす。
全長30mに及ぶ外観は、アールの壁面と御影石で飾り、
都市の街並みにも沈まぬ存在感を放っている。

The concept is of an ‘urban resort’, with urbane design and green scenery.
The quality harmony between stone, wood and glass,
plus planting and the performance of light and water,
