森の中に建つ住まい。杉板、鉄平石、漆喰、和紙、
鉄など多種多彩な自然素材が調和した室内に、天窓や
壁のスリット窓から光が射し込んで、陰影に富んだ空間
をつくり上げている。姿は現代の日本住宅でありながら、
「和」の精神を持った住まいである。

In this home surrounded by forest, the interior features a harmonious blend of diverse natural materials, including panels of Japanese cedar, flagstones of platy andesite, stucco, Japanese paper and iron.The light streams in from a skylight and slit windows in the walls, creating an interior rich in light and shadow.This modern Japanese home epitomizes the spirit of wa, harmony.
