The light streams in from a skylight and slit windows in the walls, creating an interior rich in light and shadow. This modern Japanese home epitomizes the spirit of wa, harmony.長野県設計＝泉幸甫建築研究所施工＝北野建設写真＝相原 功森の中の森の家森の中に建つ住まい。杉板、鉄平石、漆喰、和紙、鉄など多種多彩な自然素材が調和した室内に、天窓や壁のスリット窓から光が射し込んで、陰影に富んだ空間をつくり上げている。姿は現代の日本住宅でありながら、「和」の精神を持った住まいである。32
